Webcredible helps businesses innovate, grow, and succeed in a digital world on a daily basis. Last week we took that one step further and invested in a good cause, working with those who tirelessly work for others. For one day Webcredible worked with four charities, dedicating staff to helping the charities with their UX. Creating a great user experience is key to engaging with donors and raising the critical funds for these charities.

The charities we worked with were: CAA, RSPCA Middlesex, Haller Foundation and the Rainmaker Foundation. Their challenges are varied but their goals are the same.

"This was an initiative that came from our employees and has been fully supported by Management. We wanted to lend our expertise in digital channels to those who don't necessarily have the funds to invest in expensive digital programmes." Trenton Moss, CEO Webcredible.

The energy and can do attitude of the whole team was amazing. They go to the root of the problems very quickly without ever losing site of the brief. I always felt I was getting what I needed and the fresh ideas just kept coming. It was a seriously productive partnership

We identified and defined personas, explored how to increase engagement through social media, established clear objectives for websites, worked out website Information Architecture, developed concepts to engage other agencies to implement recommendations and advised on writing good briefs.

At the end of the day each team presented their results and each charity walked away with a set of actionable tasks to put in place straight away. The CAA are now able to secure further funding to design and build a new website, which will help them raise the very important funds for their charity. RSPCA Middlesex will now be contacting a development agency to help them with their website and social media to support their campaign for their new adoption centre.

At Webcredible we also felt that we had achieved our goal of helping these great charities on their path of digital transformation.
