Interaction design and UI design delivers:
The first step in interaction design is to define user goals and develop a cohesive design strategy
Enough planning – start sketching! After we agree the design strategy, we'll begin to sketch the interfaces and customer interactions
Next is prototyping, using pen and paper or prototyping software to define the customer interactions
We carry out usability testing on the design prototype to validate and perfect the interactions and user interface
Armed with an understanding of your users, we anticipate how someone might interact with a product, fix problems early and invent new ways of doing things.
