How we evaluate

After we've gone through our Investigate and Accelerate processes, we're committed to ensuring that your digital products offer an outstanding user experience. We continually evaluate outputs after having conducted research and design, so that your digital products work to deliver on business objectives:

  1. Review your analytics
    We'll conduct a deep dive into your analytics to highlight problem areas and drop-off points, typical user journeys and noticeable trends. This will let us know what users are actually doing with your current products and services.

  2. Create a plan
    We'll run a workshop with you to create a detailed plan for our testing, to include tasks, scenarios and success factors, as well as recruitment criteria. 

  3. Conduct user testing
    Using our purpose-built usability labs in London, or anywhere else across the UK and the world, we'll conduct user tests to gather as much insight as possible. We encourage you to come and watch!

  4. Analyse test results and iterate
    We analyse, group and prioritise the results, brainstorming the best possible solutions with you. We can either document our findings and recommendations in a report and/or run a workshop with you to start finding solutions straightaway.
