What does usability testing involve?

Through a close, collaborative approach you'll learn a lot from our expertise throughout the usability testing process:

  1. We work closely with you to precisely define the research objectives, scenarios and who we're going to recruit for the user testing

  2. We carry out a deep dive into your analytics to identify what your users are doing on your digital platforms (the research will then identify why)

  3. Next, we work with specialist recruiters to source participants typical of your target audiences, no matter how obscure your target market is

  4. We facilitate one-to-one user testing sessions where you watch users interact with your digital products, while our expert moderators elicit focused and unbiased responses 

  5. We review all the findings, discussing all the issues and brainstorming the best possible solutions with you

  6. We deliver the findings and recommendations in whichever format works best for you - recommendation-driven report, presentation and/or workshop

What can I usability test?
