What you'll learn on the IA course

Our hands-on IA training is fantastic - small class sizes, highly interactive and taught by experts. During the course you will:

  • Learn how to apply the IA process to your own digital products
  • Find out how to analyse and communicate research with personas
  • Create meaningful user journey maps and workflows
  • Learn how to create content structures, schemes and navigation
  • Uncover the importance of testing, evaluating and grouping data

IA course duration & details

The course lasts for 2 consecutive days (10:00-17:00 each day) and takes place at our purpose-built training centre at the Webcredible offices in London. You will:

  • Receive all training materials and an 80-page IA manual (containing all tutorials)
  • Get very well fed whilst you're here - we provide light breakfast snacks, a buffet-style lunch with hot & cold canapés and refreshments throughout the day
  • Attend a relatively small (maximum 10 participants) IA course that's interactive, informal and fun

Our IA trainers

The IA training course is usually run by:

Alex Lillo (Experience Lead)

Alex is a highly experienced UX consultant who designs UX interfaces, leads research and design projects for our clients and delivers training. His ten years' of end-to-end experience in digital design, from research to delivery, gives him a broad perspective that helps him find holistic solutions to complex problems.

Isabel Santafe

Isabel is a UX consultant at Webcredible. She holds a Masters degree in Social Anthropology from SOAS and a Masters in Human-Computer Interaction from UCL. She has extensive design research experience and specialises in Mobile User Experience and ethnographic research methods. She is an experienced trainer and regularly writes articles and runs usability testing, user research and design projects.

Our training facilities

Our IA courses are all run at our purpose-built training centre at the Webcredible offices in London.

All our training is run in a bright airy room with each person having access to a PC. You can also use our break-out area, with refreshments provided throughout the day.
