Our hands-on usability testing training is a good start for your user centred design journey – small class sizes, highly interactive and taught by experts. During the course you will:

  • Plan a usability test based on your own project, from identifying research objectives through to session structuring.
  • Understand the practicalities of running a usability test: recruiting participants, testing environment setup and moderation skills.
  • Practice moderating usability tests with fellow attendees.
  • Discover how to analyse the data collected and report your findings.
  • Find out why usability testing is important and discuss how it fits into the user-centred design process.

Meet Isabel Santafe, your trainer

As Webcredible's Head of Research, Isabel oversees all of our research activities - defining our processes, on-going quality control and delivering projects for some of our most important clients. She mentors, oversees and runs all types of research including our usability testing studies.

She's spent the past 15 years exploring people's behaviour, needs and goals. She holds a Masters degree in Social Anthropology from SOAS and a Masters in Human-Computer Interaction from UCL.

Isabel is one of our most experienced trainers and loves to share her passion for research, along with her many project stories and insights.
