It was a great course and felt that I came away with ideas to take back to my team

Is this the right course for you?

This course is particularly suitable if you are:

  • Head of digital, marketing manager/director, product manager or digital project manager
  • Wanting to improve how you work with user experience teams and agencies
  • Looking for an initial understanding or more strategic view of user experience
  • Looking for a great foundation to go on and learn the more in-depth areas covered in our other UX courses

You don't need any prior knowledge or experience to get the most from this course!

If you have a good knowledge of UX process and are looking for hands-on skills, our information architecture course might be more suitable for you.

Meet Andy Ingle, one of your trainers

Andy has 13 years' experience in digital and user experience design. He's an expert in developing products based on user research and business requirements, and helping our clients understand the rationale behind our design and strategy decisions.

A UX veteran, Andy teaches our information architecture, UX fundamentals and agile PM training courses. He's led projects for Confused.com to reinvent the price comparison experience, and Virgin Trains East Coast to completely overhaul their customer experience strategy.

Andy set up and grew his own design agency straight out of university, where he worked on large digital projects for the likes of Hilton Worldwide. He holds a BA in Industrial Design and Engineering from Brunel University.
