I'm a digital product designer, strategist and team lead. I create smooth services to solve business and user needs.

My diverse background and experience helps me bridge the gap between business, technology and humans. My main job is to bring order to chaos, to help clients understand their customers' needs, and then provide a solution to their problems.

As a team lead I'm passionate about nurturing a culture of curiosity, learning and efficiency. From recruiting to training and mentoring, it's all about finding and retaining talented individuals, providing them with the right processes to support their success.

I specialise in big complex projects, supporting from strategy to front-end implementation. I keep myself busy helping millions of passengers find train tickets with ease for Virgin Trains, matching the best offline customer service with state-of-the-art online banking for Weatherbys Bank and helping the NHS provide better healthcare support.
