Meet all of our amazing team

Andy Ingle

Experience Director

Andy is happy to think small. He knows from experience how a small change to a feature or a slight shift in thinking can affect the bigger picture on a project. Clients and colleagues are encouraged to start with simpler, less obvious solutions to their challenges and not to throw everything in at once.

Andy’s confidence in simpler answers is always driven by research and insight. That evidence helps clients trust his advice and to support them with their own stakeholders.

Not that Andy doesn’t do big and complex too. He keeps oversight over large projects, guiding and advising to keep the work on track and to give clients the best return on money and effort. He’s also there to look into the future. Where do they want to go? What does the roadmap look like to get them to success?

A UX veteran, Andy also conducts our UX fundamentals, information architecture and mobile UX & responsive design training courses.
