I craft user-centric products and services that seek to improve the lives of those who use them. A constant explorer and problem solver, I can be found near users and stakeholders and often come armed with post-it notes.
I lead on some of the exciting projects that we get up to. This includes improving Kuoni's customers' experience when looking for and booking holidays, helping UKRD venture from a world of radio into the realms of digital, create a health app assessment process for the NHS and improving the way Charities Aid Foundations connects people to charities.
I may also be found teaching user research at Webcredible, maintaining our research testing labs, dabbling in public speaking or exploring the potential of new and emerging technologies.
I started thinking about user experience when I was volunteering for a children's charity and became fascinated by the way children interact with technology. This led me to study Human-Computer Interaction and working for a creative marketing agency before ending up at Webcredible.
