Chris tells stories, the stories that Webcredible clients want people to hear about their products and what they do. He compares the process to being like a good dinner guest – find the interesting detail and users will join the conversation.
Wanting a new way to tell stories led Chris to switch from filmmaking to digital content. Now, instead of cutting film, he cuts up designs, scribbles on pieces of paper and moves things around so clients can see for themselves what works.
Chris approaches each project as if he doesn’t know the answers. He says this helps him question the right people about what excites them in their world. But not all ideas are equal, and Chris knows how to say no when new ideas aren’t going to help the users get what they really want.
A good week is when I learn something new and I help someone else learn something new.
