I make sure that Webcredible has a voice online, and that we're engaging with our audiences, wherever they may be.
My main driver is growing quality engagement with content, basically connecting organisations with their audiences. I make sure that Webcredible's achievements – and there are many! – are out there and getting engagement. This helps to maintain our reputation, and also makes sure we are part of the knowledge sharing that we benefit from as well as contribute to. For instance, our social channels engage with our peers as well as our potential partners, and our site contains more detailed information of what we get up to with our clients in the form of case studies and blog posts.
Before joining Webcredible, I'd run digital channels and campaigns for large charities and NFP, including The Royal Society, CRUK and NSPCC/Childline. In SEO roles, I've also managed site migrations and PPC. At GDS I worked on the site structure of gov.uk, the service that replaced multiple government sites.
