Experience Lead

I'm a lead strategist, designer and problem solver obsessed with creating people-centred digital products and services. I'm a firm believer in taking an evidence based approach – iteratively involving users in the design process increases the experience of your end product, ultimately improving its business value.

I've created innovative experiences for Age UK, connecting older people in the UK to public volunteers through the highly successful Telephone Befriending service. I also led on the award-winning Museum of London website and delivered a business changing digital strategy for multi-billion dollar company Apollo Tyres in India.

Before Webcredible I led the design on a global advertising platform for Google, created a digital content strategy to help people stop smoking and embedded user-centred in a range of organisations.
