I've created innovative experiences for Age UK, connecting older people in the UK to public volunteers through the multi-award winning Telephone Befriending service. I also lead my fantastic clients at the second biggest UK energy company SSE in their ongoing digital transformation and I've delivered a business changing digital strategy for multi-billion dollar company Apollo Tyres in India.
When I'm not deep in projects, I'm coaching the team and our clients how to be better user experience practitioners. From research to design I have a wealth of knowledge I love to share and I speak about persuasion psychology at public events. Outside of work you'll find my ripping up the hills on my bike. I've cycled across South America and I'm a keen amateur triathlete.
Before Webcredible I led the design on a global advertising platform for Google, created a digital content strategy to help people stop smoking and shaped a number of agile product teams as a qualified SCRUM Master.
