I solve real people's problems through design thinking, using evidence and empathy, in order to make their lives better.
One of the best parts of my job is getting to talk directly to people - to understand first hand their challenges and needs. I believe that talking to customers, and involving them throughout the design process, is the best way to create great experiences.
I designed a multi-award winning service, connecting older people with volunteer telephone befrienders to help combat loneliness. I've also been exploring how conversational and voice interfaces can help the ageing population access critical information and advice.
I've also led one of the UK's largest energy providers to develop a new mobile app that helps their customers stay in control of their energy.
Away from project work, I also teach our in-house training courses - teaching individuals and organisations how to put their users' problems at the heart of their day to day operations.
You'll often see me speaking at events, as I strongly believe it's important share my learnings with the wider UX community.
Before joining Webcredible, I designed experiences for a leading retail store, "Maisons du Monde" in France, as well as the "National Bank of Abu Dhabi", one of the largest retail and private banks in the Middle East.
I'm someone who once I start a project I want to be there for all of it, from research to design. I don't like to let it go.
