I wear many hats from strategist, to researcher, to designer. The core of my approach to overcome design challenges remains the same - creating a deep empathy and understanding with users to help them better communicate and interact with the world around them.
I work closely with our clients to ensure we're meeting their business and strategic goals whilst tirelessly working to craft user-centric experiences that improve their customer's lives.
I'm involved with teaching our in-house training courses - teaching individuals and organisations how to put users' problems at the heart of their day-to-day operations.
I've designed experiences for a leading retail store, "Maisons du Monde" in France, as well as the "National Bank of Abu Dhabi", one of the largest retail and private banks in the Middle East.
I'm someone who once I start a project I want to be there for all of it, from research to design. I don't like to let it go.
