Maya Stanford

Senior Experience Consultant

I'm a designer, which really means a problem solver. I work closely with clients to transform their ideas into consumer-wowing products and services.

I kicked off my time at Webcredible leading a vision and discovery project for Amazon Web Services, developing their product idea from early proposition testing through to a validated proof of concept. I've also been working as part of a team to redesign the entire digital offering of Heathrow Express, rethinking the experiences of their 5 million annual customers.

I originally got started in tech through a background in computer science and psychology, working as a researcher at New York University. I found my biggest passion in emerging technologies, and explored these in Silicon Valley at Singularity University and later while leading a UX & Innovation Lab at American Express.

I'm a designer day and night and am always playing around with new uses of tech. I created a web-based therapy system which won funding from Santander and Singularity University's "Grand Challenge" prize.
