I'm a designer that uses evidence-based design to create innovative products and services that customers love.
Equal parts geek and designer, I love to play around with technology, but believe that people need to be at the centre of the design process. A lot of my time is spent rapidly creating prototypes and putting them in front of users. I am also an experienced researcher that has led global research projects for brands such as Dulux and Costco.
I lead projects, working collaboratively with our clients to understand their customers and design user-centred solutions. I also teach UX and information architecture for public and private clients as part of our training academy. What I love about working at Webcredible is the diverse range of industries and clients that I get to work with.
I started my career designing and building websites, and after discovering first-hand the pitfalls of jumping straight into design tools, I worked as a freelance information architect and interaction designer.
