I'm a creative problem solver that uses research, collaboration and an iterative approach to design innovative products and services that customers love.
Equal parts geek and designer, I love to play around with technology, but believe that people need to be at the centre of the design process.
A lot of my time is spent rapidly creating prototypes and putting them in front of users. I designed the end to end service to bring health apps into the NHS, improving the healthcare outcomes for millions of people. I have worked with Costco to bring their travel proposition in the UK, allowing them to deliver more value for their loyal members. I am an experienced researcher that has led global research projects for brands such as Dulux and UBS. I'm passionate about sharing best practice and teach user research and information architecture as part of our training academy.
Previously I have a led the design and front end team in an agency, designing sites for leading nonprofits such as London Fashion Week, Action for Children and Amnesty International, for whom digital engagement was their life blood.
Away from my desk, I love the outdoors and I'm a keen cyclist and rock climber.
