Senior Experience Consultant
I love thinking about people - what makes them tick - and have a passion for using research and design to solve real-world problems. I lead projects for our clients, and help develop products and services that drive tangible business change.
I'm lucky enough to work for loads of clients, but most recently I've been exploring the role of chatbots and machine learning for the older population with Age UK, researching motivations behind train travel and finding opportunities to get more people on Virgin Trains, and designing the future financial experience of Weatherbys Bank.
Alongside my client work, I've been getting stuck in at the Webcredible Training Academy, helping spread the UX word, running a number of our UX training courses and doing public speaking. I've also worked closely with our HR department to help implement an intern/grad scheme, speaking at universities to help foster the next wave of UX masterminds!
I've got a personal passion for social change, and have worked on service design pieces to solve the urban food waste crisis and changing perceptions of cycle safety within the Boris bike rental system. Working professionally on both client and agency side, my previous role at TomTom was spent designing sat nav systems & their surrounding digital ecosystems.
I like to pull at the little threads and see what gets untangled.
