I'm proud of the innovative service design solutions I've support at Webcredible, such as creating a health app assessment process for Public Health England and validating an exciting new product concept for Amazon Web Services. I'm motivated by the rapid benefits enjoyed by clients such as Selfridges, Rolls-Royce, Saga and Financial Times, by placing user research at the centre of their products.
I enjoy applying iterative methods to project management at Webcredible, to create more meaningful ways of working. Just like refining a great product I work with my teams to continuously improve our processes; my goal is project Nirvana.
