Zoe Kelleher

Managing Director

As Managing Director I sit across all aspects of the business, working with our team and clients to ensure that everyone who comes in contact with Webcredible has a fantastic experience and that the company is a profitable, forward-looking and agile.

I'm passionate about driving efficiency and quality, working relentlessly to create an environment that allows our team to deliver engaging, innovative work that they can be proud of, in a culture that they love and value.

In practice this means I continuously look at how we work and evolve, ensuring that our consultants have the time, tools and training to deliver amazing work and have introduced a number of initiatives around quality, continuous improvement, client satisfaction and collaborative working to achieve this.

For clients such as SSE, Capital One, Tesco and Museum of London, I work at a strategic level to understand requirements and ensure that anything that we deliver supports business goals on a long-term basis. We pride ourselves in being trusted partners to our clients, helping them to succeed & transform in a digital world. We can only do this by really knowing them and what they're trying to achieve.

With a strong agency background, I bring a mix of skills across the digital spectrum including digital and channel shift strategy, user centered design, relationship building, people management and commercial focus. My experience and skills afford me a holistic and strategic approach to anything I undertake and I thrive on a busy environment and challenges that take me out of my comfort zone.
