The Webcrecible Customer Experience forum (#CXForum) is proving incredibly popular. We have already sold out one of the workshops, future trends, and the event itself is well on its way to being completely full! Some of the brands attending are as follows... Microsoft, Citi Bank, House of Fraser, Legal & General, Compare The Market, News International, English-Heritage, Action for Children, Scope, HSBC, RSPCA, Pitney Bowes, BSI, Informa, Sage Pay, Kuoni, Bauer Media, St John Ambulance. Despite its popularity, we have set aside two tickets (usually £345.00) to give away, completely free.
It's easy: Step 1. Find an example of an exceptionally bad user experience be it an app, website, product or service (images encouraged) Step 2. Tweet @webcredible with your find, using the hashtag #uxfail Step 3. You could win either one of two tickets to the CX Forum, or a nice bottle of Champagne Unfortunately as this event is for brands only we cannot issue tickets to agencies or private individuals. However, we will be giving away some champagne (the real stuff) to entrants worthy of a prize but not from a brand. Good Luck! Please note: The competition will close in one week today (17th June at 5pm). No cash equivalent will be offered and the prize is not transferable. Entrants must be over 18 years old.
