On the 26th June, after months of planning, around 65 people from a diverse range of brands converged on the RSA for a day of workshops and keynotes. Webcredible has not organised an event of this size before and as such we were unsure how it would turn out. In the end I think we did pretty well, but of course there will always be room for improvement. One of the biggest successes was that all of the external brand keynotes were of an incredibly high standard (huge thanks to Stewart from Dulux, Andrew from Orange and Lucy from Macmillan Cancer Support). Due to popular demand we will be making their keynote presentations publicly available, releasing them as individual blog posts over the coming weeks. The first presentation, to be released tomorrow, will be Andrew's from Orange. His was the final presentation of the day and he talked about embedding customer experience throughout Orange.
The event was a success but it would not have been so if not thanks to all the attendees, our amazing UX consultants and all the external speakers. We thought it was an amazing day and we have you to thank! With all of the feedback we have been getting we will make sure the CX forum 2014 is even better.
