September was a great month for Webcredible - we've got stuck into some great projects, new work is coming in steadily and we have some big announcements on the horizon! In terms of events we've been very busy. We're in the process of organising our first breakfast briefing. Our briefings are free events designed to bring together professionals from different backgrounds to discuss popular UX topics. This briefing will be on the user experience topic of the moment, lean UX. We're running three sessions:
The event is filling up quickly so request a ticket soon! If you can't make any of these dates, or if they fill up, don't worry - we'll be releasing a lean UX report in late December. If you want us to send you a copy before it goes public, just email and let us know! September was also the month of Macmillan's Worlds Biggest Coffee morning, which we were delighted to take part in once more. We spent a morning tasting some lovely home-made food and raising money for a great cause. The winners of our baking competition were Alex, with his sickly 'biscuits in biscuits' [sic] and Clara's much nicer noodle salad. The coffee morning was also a great opportunity to play around with Vine, check out our first attempt! On the subject of video content, our training videos are about to get a makeover! As much fun as it has been to make our own, we have decided to hand over the responsibility to an expert. We are really excited to see how they turn out.
