It’s March already and the sun is starting to shine in London!
February has been a very busy month for us here at Webcredible. We launched our first social media customer experience study called the ‘Twindex’ report, which was really interesting. As social media becomes more and more influential and as customer experience strategy needs to be implemented across all platforms, we wanted to look into how well the retail industry is doing in this area and have found some very interesting results! We’ll give you a more in-depth analysis in our blog soon!
We have also launched a new training service for our training course alumni. We wanted to be able to give support after our courses so we are trialling a LinkedIn group, the Webcredible training alumni community. This community is where alumni from our training courses can go and keep up to date with the subjects they learnt, stay in touch with fellow alumni or ask our trainers for more help. In the world of user experience events, UK UPA put on a great talk about UX Strategy. It was a very inspiring evening and encouraged our consultants to look at the difference in UX strategy and business strategy and our role as a customer experience agency when it comes to these areas.
