The world is waking up and interest in user experience and user-centred design & strategy has exploded among Digital and Marketing Directors - we have never been so busy! We're working on a number of experience design projects and customer interaction strategies with brands in the entertainment industry, publishing, education, retail, charity & third-sector. At times the office seems empty, but really it's because all our consultants are off-site with our clients. On any given day they could be in workshops, collaborative design sessions or simply just working there and soaking up the atmosphere to inspire our work.

We're so busy that we are hiring!

We are looking for talented individuals to fill the following positions...

New training courses

In equally exciting news we have launched another new training course to bolster our user experience stream, interaction design & prototyping training! If you are interested in learning how to plan, create and test design concepts this unique course is a must. For the more research focused we have an Ethnography course. We believe this course is the only such 1-day courses which will inform you on how to undertake ethnographic research and how it can be applied to design new technologies & interfaces. We've also been in the press over the past month, findings from our latest report on omni-channel featured in The Drum and Drapers (login required).
