Is your mobile user experience up to scratch?

Living in the world we do today, if a brand doesn’t deliver a great experience over mobile then your customers aren’t going to stick with you and your competitors can get one up on you. Evidently, that’s bad news.

At Webcredible, we have done some in-depth consumer research to understand how people use their mobiles in real life, in the user experience trade this is called ethnographic research and is based on diary studies and in-depth interviews. It’s not a bunch of statistics, it’s insight into behaviours. In the outside world, it’s a bit more like big brother to try and understand natural behaviours and attitudes towards m-commerce.

The findings are fascinating and not necessarily what you would expect, so we are releasing a report to share what we have found. To launch the report we are hosting a series of mobile user experience roundtables to share our findings and discuss and share the thoughts and ideas some of the UK’s top brands have around mobile today.

How does your mobile strategy look?

So, now is a great time to take a look at your mobile strategy and ask yourselves, is it really innovative? Is it really delivering what my customers need? Or, is it just adapting what we already had into a mobile handset, following the app crowd, and making do?

We think that to innovate best you need some outside inspiration, so we are holding 5 free roundtable events for you on mobile user experience and m-commerce to bring together marketing managers, brand controllers, digital managers, customer experience managers and UX specialists to discuss current thoughts, future trends, problems, barriers and ideas from different industries to help foster more innovation and inspire better mobile experiences for consumers, customers and users.
