Digital content creator (part-time)

We’re looking for someone with exceptional writing skills and attention to detail, with a strong track record in content strategy and production

Since 2003 we've grown to become one of the UK's leading UX agencies with lovely offices near London Bridge and an immensely talented 30-person team who love learning from each other. We do proper user-centred design as it should be done, with research and our clients' business goals at the heart of everything we do.

What you'll get up to

We aim to inspire and excite our clients in all interactions and engaging, relevant and credible content is a key part of this.
Reporting to the MD, you'll be responsible for sourcing, creating and publishing our digital content. Working with a number of other marketing specialists you'll help to deliver on our Marketing Strategy.

This is a part-time role (3-4 days per week) and we're happy for the successful person to work flexibly between the office and home. You'll need to immerse yourself in our business and industry to drive forward the marketing of our work, culture and company through amazing content.

So what will a typical week look like?

Well, there aren't really typical weeks here but here is an idea of what you'd get involved in:


  • Writing case studies that tell exciting stories behind our work
  • Writing & editing blogs that showcase our collective knowledge
  • Curating & sending our our regular newsletter to our 10,000+ subscribers
  • Rapidly producing, shooting & editing videos that help people understand who we are and how we work
  • Advising our clients and consultants on best practices around content production

Social media marketing

  • Delivering on our social media plan across all channels for our consulting and training businesses
  • Pro-actively engaging with followers
  • Coaching others in the organisation to participate in social channels
  • Advising our clients and consultants on best practices around social media marketing

Meet your line manager

You'll report directly into our Managing Director, Zoe Kelleher.

Zoe's worked in digital since 2003, primarily in strategy and customer experience, supporting digital transformations alongside senior stakeholders.

She spends much of her time with our clients, working at a strategic level to understand requirements and make sure that anything we do supports our clients succeeding and transforming in a digital world.

Zoe also spends a lot of her with our amazing team, making sure the Webcredibles have the time, tools and training to deliver amazing work to our clients. She's passionate about driving quality and will do whatever she can to allow our teams to deliver engaging, innovative work that they can be super-proud of.
