L'Oreal's 70,000 staff globally had a huge range of different HR requirements, with L'Oreal & Me providing a wealth of content to try and fulfill on these requirements. Unfortunately the content was difficult to navigate and understand so usage was very low.
The key objectives of the project were to:
- Raise the profile of L'Oreal's HR department
- Design a platform that could be rolled out to all 60 locales
- Discover what users wanted from their HR intranet
- Explore where L'Oreal & Me fits into the larger digital ecosystem, amongst 20 other intranet sites
