After carrying out some tactical user research projects with VoucherCodes, it was clear they'd benefit from a longer-term solution. The business is always looking at new ways to improve the user-experience of their products but, following rapid growth, their various approaches had become disintegrated.
The main objectives were to:
- Embed user-centred design into all product development processes
- Help establish new processes to ensure siloed departments work together to provide the best possible experience for customers
- Enable staff to carry out day-to-day user experience tasks themselves
