An in-depth plan to prepare and guide your organisation through its digital transformation

Why do we focus on cultural change?

Digital transformation is much more than a change to products or technology. It's a fundamental change in the way your organisation works, from day-to-day processes right through to your organisation's culture.

We'll set you up to work with lean, Agile and iterative ways of working, so that your digital products continue to meet customer needs. We'll help you start introducing new ideas and ways of working to your team and organisation.

What does it involve?

Every culture change program is completely bespoke and will contain some or all of:

  1. Benchmarking current capability - We'll look at how your staff currently perceive digital through a series of interviews and surveys, so we can identify learning opportunities. We'll also find out if any staff are keen to become 'digital champions' to push digital within your organisation, with our support.
  2. Digital awareness sessions - We'll run a series of exciting events using practical examples to help your wider organisation understand how things work in an omnichannel world.
  3. Defining the digital innovation process - We'll work with your team to give them a well-defined toolset for doing customer research, generating ideas, prototyping and testing. These will allow you and your team to begin innovating on an iterative basis for all of your digital services/products.
  4. Targeted training - We'll train your teams either on-the-job using a live project, or set up a new innovation project where they can try their skills. We train people in a really interactive way, getting people to try things rather than us lecturing at them.
  5. Roadmapping - As your team develops and changes, we'll capture new ideas that come from them and your organisation to put together a long-term roadmap for change, guiding your organisation as it adapts its working culture.

When's the best time to start cultural change activity?

Cultural change is of course a long-term process. We'll usually get going once we've done an audit of where you're at and engaged with senior stakeholders to get alignment on business goals (and get them on board).

We'll work with you from early on in the working relationship to establish goals and begin running workshops, classes, and activities to help get change started and build up your digital capability.
