Why build digital capability?

Building up digital capability within your business will help you develop and iterate successful products and services very quickly. 

It's essential that you have the skills internally to set yourself up for a digital world. Going digital across your business means you'll benefit from a modern, flexible and effective working environment.

What does digital capability building involve?

We'll put together a really comprehensive plan, based on where you're currently at and where you'd like the business to be. This will likely include:

  1. Training - We'll run training programmes to give your teams skills they can put to work straightaway. We've trained over 10,000 people around the world, transforming organisations to be customer-centred. We already have 24 standard courses as part of our Training Academy.
  2. Mentoring and coaching - We'll base ourselves on-site and work with your teams, developing their skills and ways of working on an ongoing basis. We'll mentor and coach them to become skilled and confident in new activities.
  3. Leadership team workshops - We'll run a series of workshops with senior managers to give them an understanding of what it means to lead a digital-first organisation.  
  4. Running projects - We'll provide extra resource, working as one team with you, to deliver research, strategy, innovation and design against your strategic roadmap.

We'll ideally carry out a digital maturity audit first, defining your capability gaps and where you need to be to support your digital transformation. 

We'll then put together and implement our capability building programme, likely alongside a cultural change programme, to help you become a digital-first organisation.
