Why do a digital maturity audit?

By assessing current performance against a baseline, we can create a digital transformation roadmap that brings customer-centred thinking and innovation into the heart of your business.

We'll benchmark where you currently sit on the digital maturity scale and then put together a roadmap for long-term change, based on your appetite for change and business objectives.

What does the digital maturity audit involve?

We'll review your organisation against our digital maturity model, showing us all exactly where you are in the digital transformation process.

We'll look at how you're performing against best practice guidelines and trends which we've developed over the years (and which we continue to refine). Specifically we'll review:

  1. Culture – Are you truly customer-centred and does design thinking flow throughout your business?
  2. Capability – Do you possess (and retain) the skills and knowledge required to develop and iterate customer-centred digital products/services?
  3. Processes – Do your internal ways of working allow for rapid product ideation and development processes?
  4. Supplier relationships – Are your agencies/consultancies genuinely adding value and driving your products/services forward at pace?

We'll meet with and interview key stakeholders across your business, spending a lot of time in your offices to truly understand where you're at. After carrying out the review we'll work with you to put together KPIs and a plan-of-action to get you where you need to be.

When's the best time to do the digital maturity audit?

We'll carry out our digital maturity audit right at the start of our relationship, helping you understand where you currently sit on the digital maturity scale and preparing you for your digital transformation. 

After the audit, we'll engage with senior stakeholders to define a vision and then put together a program of work on how to get there.

We'll then work closely with you throughout your digital maturity journey - carrying out activities such as cultural change programs, design thinking workshops and capability building - making sure you become a truly customer-centred digital-first organisation.
