  • Team design techniques
Make rapid progress with collaborative team working across the business, and understand how to run successful design workshops
  • Detailed interaction design principles
We'll go through lots of the heuristics for effective user interface design, including modular design systems

I found the training to be very useful and well delivered.

Is this the right course for you?

This course is particularly suitable if you are:

  • Working as a user researcher, information architect, visual designer, web editor, content editor, project manager, product manager, web developer, front-end developer or marketing manager
  • Looking for an entry-level course to give you some practical skills to create wireframes and prototypes for digital interfaces
  • Seeking to gain more confidence with sketching or UX design

The course assumes you have a good working knowledge of user-centred design processes and are familiar with user research. We recommend you come on our information architecture course before attending.

Meet Jack Josephy, one of your trainers

Jack is one of Webcredible’s lead UX consultants and brings a wealth of experience working with clients such as Google, TK Maxx, M&S Bank, Museum of London and SSE. He’s a big proponent of persuasive design and the psychology behind this, and you can often find him at public events and conferences talking passionately about this.

Jack spends most of his days running large, strategic design projects for some of our largest clients. He also created and rolled out Webcredible’s overall design framework, creating a unique approach to design that blends the best of Agile and lean UX.

Jack really looks forward to the days he spends training, when he can teach everything he knows about UX and design and share as much of his experience with you as possible.
